This policy applies to purchases made through BendPaks, an online store operated by Bend Genetics, LLC.

Free shipping

We offer FREE freight shipping on all car lifts and equipment to the 48 contiguous United States. There is no minimum order and no hidden handling fees. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations are available by quote — contact us for a rate.

Freight delivery

Automotive lifts are heavy industrial equipment (roughly 300 to 20,000+ lbs depending on model) and ship via LTL or flatbed freight carrier. Standard free service is curbside delivery; a forklift or loading dock is required to unload most full-size lifts. Liftgate service is generally not available for the heaviest lifts due to weight — contact us if you need special delivery arrangements.

Processing & lead times

In-stock equipment typically ships within 5-10 business days. Backordered items ship as manufacturer inventory becomes available. We confirm current lead times with every order. Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Receiving your shipment

• Count the pieces against the delivery receipt.
• Inspect for visible damage before signing.
• Note any damage or shortage on the delivery receipt.
• Photograph any damage and contact us within 48 hours.
