Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when you can return an item, how to start a return, and how and when you'll be refunded. It applies to purchases made through BendPaks, an online store operated by Bend Genetics, LLC.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be new, unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging, with all included parts, hardware and documentation.

How to start a return

Email info@bendpaks.com or call +1 251-315-5748 with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions. Returns without an RMA cannot be accepted. Send approved returns to:

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of the returned equipment. You will be refunded the purchase price of the item, less any applicable restocking fee described below.

Restocking & return shipping

Returned equipment is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return freight is the customer's responsibility. Because our outbound shipping is provided free of charge, the actual outbound freight cost we incurred is non-refundable on returned orders.

Items that cannot be returned

Installed, anchored or used equipment.
Special-order or custom-configured products.
Rolling bridge jacks returned solely for incompatibility with non-BendPak or unverified lifts (per manufacturer policy — please confirm compatibility before purchase).

Damaged or defective items

Inspect every shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you see damage, note it on the receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Manufacturing defects are covered under the BendPak manufacturer warranty; we will help you open and process warranty claims. Replacements or refunds for verified damage or defects are provided at no additional shipping cost to you.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Once an order has shipped, our standard return terms above apply.
